Transactional Trade Finance

Finance specific shipments and contracts, not vague promises. We structure and coordinate transactional trade finance that supports import, export, and commodity flows using clean documents, predictable controls, and disciplined settlement.

We support one-off and repeat transactions where the collateral is the trade itself: goods, documents, receivables, and controlled proceeds. Scope covers structure selection, rule sets under UCP600, ISP98, or URC522, bank or partner desk placement, document condition drafting, control design, and closing coordination. Outcome is a financeable trade file that moves product and gets paid on time.

Process

Intake

Mandate signed, KYC received, and core trade file uploaded. We confirm counterparties, goods, Incoterms, controls, and target timeline.

Structuring

We select the finance structure and rule set, then engineer document conditions so the deal is bankable and operationally realistic.

Terming

We issue indicative terms based on risk, tenor, and controls. Where an LC is used, we align issuing and advising workflow and confirmation needs.

Closing

Documentation finalized, collateral and proceeds controls set, and execution coordinated through regulated counterparties. Funding or issuance proceeds once conditions are satisfied.

Shipment and Settlement

Documents are presented and checked, discrepancies managed fast, and settlement tracked through payment and release. The goal is a clean close, not drama.

Pricing Guidance

  • Pricing depends on counterparty risk, jurisdiction, controls, and tenor
  • Bank charges apply where an LC, confirmation, or issuance workflow is used
  • Third-party diligence may include inspection, audit, appraisal, and legal drafting
  • Arrangement retainer from USD 59,500 based on scope and urgency
  • Success fee 2.5% of financed or issued amount at closing unless agreed otherwise
  • Bank, legal, and courier costs passed at cost

Final economics depend on the structure selected, the control package, and the quality of the underlying trade file.

Request Transactional Terms

Share the contract, counterparties, shipment plan, and any LC or SBLC wording. We respond with eligibility, structure options, and the cleanest route to execution.

Include KYC, recent financials, Incoterms, ports, inspection requirements, and your preferred settlement path. We act as advisor and arranger and coordinate execution through regulated counterparties when issuance, lending, custody, or securities intermediation is required.

All transactions are subject to KYC and AML, sanctions checks, credit approvals, document conformity, and signed agreements. No offer of securities is made.

Financely acts as advisor and arranger. We are not a bank and do not take deposits. Transactional trade finance depends on counterparty performance, lender approvals, document compliance, and executed documentation. Nothing here is a guarantee of issuance or funding.
