Built for Marketplace Verification

The Bank Account Is Opened in Your Company's Legal Name

Marketplace verification can fail when the name shown on the bank account does not correspond with the incorporated company submitting the seller application.

This package is therefore designed around the actual U.S. company rather than a generic master account, fintech wallet or unrelated sub-account.

Exact-Name Banking Structure

TEMU Seller Company = U.S. Legal Entity = Bank Account Name

Financely is not affiliated with TEMU. Marketplace verification remains subject to TEMU's own policies, systems and final approval. We provide the banking setup and supporting account infrastructure required for the applicant's legitimate business use.

What's Included

A Real U.S. Operating Bank Account, Not a Disposable Verification Account

01

Traditional U.S. Bank

We target established U.S. commercial banks with physical branch networks rather than relying solely on fintech or EMI accounts.

02

Exact Legal Name

The application is submitted for the actual U.S. company so the bank account can reflect the company's registered legal name.

03

Foreign-Owned Companies

Designed for legitimate U.S. companies whose shareholders or beneficial owners reside outside the United States.

04

Nominee / Signatory Support

U.S.-based nominee director or authorized bank-signatory support is included where appropriate and permitted by the selected bank.

05

Online Banking

Online banking, account and routing details, ACH functionality and other normal banking features are provided where approved by the bank.

06

Ongoing Account

The objective is an account for continued business operations after verification, subject to the bank's standard compliance and account terms.

Traditional Banking

Target U.S. Banks With Physical Branch Networks

Depending on the company profile, beneficial owners, location and bank underwriting, the application may be targeted toward traditional institutions such as:

Chase
Bank of America
Wells Fargo
PNC Bank
TD Bank
Truist
Citizens
Fifth Third Bank

The specific institution cannot be guaranteed before underwriting. Banks independently decide whether to approve an applicant and may request additional documents, interviews, deposits or supporting information.

Beyond Verification

Complete TEMU Verification, Then Keep Using the Account

A temporary bank account may solve a single verification problem. An operating U.S. business account can continue supporting the company after marketplace onboarding.

  • Receive TEMU marketplace payouts
  • Receive customer and merchant-processing settlements
  • Make ACH payments to U.S. suppliers
  • Send and receive domestic wires where approved
  • Send international wires where approved
  • Pay U.S. operating expenses
  • Use a business debit card where provided by the bank
  • Maintain operating cash inside the U.S. banking system
  • Develop a longer U.S. banking history
Build a U.S. Financial Footprint

Your Bank Account Can Become the Start of a U.S. Credit Profile

Companies that retain and properly operate their U.S. banking relationships can begin developing the financial history that banks, card issuers and commercial lenders may later evaluate.

Depending on revenue, account activity, credit history and underwriting, eligible companies may subsequently apply for:

Business Credit Cards

Apply for U.S. business cards and charge-card products once the company meets the issuer's underwriting requirements.

Lines of Credit

Established operating businesses may eventually qualify for revolving working-capital facilities.

Commercial Loans

Revenue-producing businesses can build toward term debt, equipment facilities and other commercial financing products.

Opening a bank account does not guarantee financing. Credit cards, loans and credit facilities are separate products subject to lender underwriting, revenue requirements, credit analysis and other eligibility criteria.

Our Account-Opening Guarantee

If no qualifying U.S. business checking account is successfully opened after the client completes the requested KYC, supplies accurate corporate information and cooperates with the bank's onboarding process, Financely refunds the USD 3,000 bank-account setup fee.

The guarantee does not apply where an applicant provides false or incomplete information, fails or refuses required KYC, withdraws the application, fails to attend a required bank onboarding appointment, requests activity inconsistent with the disclosed business purpose, or becomes ineligible because of sanctions, fraud, prohibited activity or another material compliance issue.

Where Financely has already completed a separately purchased USD 1,000 company-formation and EIN engagement, that formation component is considered earned once formation filings and associated work have been completed. The bank-account setup component remains subject to the account-opening guarantee above.

Bank-Compliant Structure

Nominee Support Does Not Replace Beneficial-Owner Disclosure

Where a U.S.-based nominee director or authorized bank signatory is used, the arrangement is documented and disclosed whenever required by the bank or applicable law.

The actual beneficial owners remain the beneficial owners of the company and must complete applicable KYC, AML and sanctions screening.

Financely does not provide nominee arrangements for the purpose of concealing ownership, bypassing bank controls, misrepresenting a company's management or circumventing marketplace compliance requirements.

FAQ

U.S. Bank Accounts for TEMU Sellers

Is this a fintech account?

No. The service is specifically positioned around business checking accounts with traditional U.S. banks that maintain physical branch networks.

Can the bank account be in my company's exact name?

That is the objective of the structure. The application is made for the U.S. legal entity rather than through an unrelated generic master account.

Can I use the account for TEMU verification?

The service is designed for legitimate businesses requiring U.S. banking infrastructure for TEMU Seller verification and subsequent operations. TEMU independently determines whether a seller satisfies its verification requirements.

Do you guarantee Chase, Bank of America or Wells Fargo?

No specific bank is guaranteed. We can target traditional banks based on the applicant's profile, but every institution controls its own underwriting and approval process.

Do I need a U.S. company?

Yes. If you already have a compliant U.S. company and EIN, the banking setup is USD 3,000. If you need Financely to establish the company and EIN first, the additional fee is USD 1,000.

Is the nominee director included?

U.S.-based nominee director or authorized-signatory support is included where the structure requires it and where the selected bank permits the arrangement.

Do I have to close the account after TEMU verification?

No. The service is intended to establish an ongoing operating bank account. The account may continue to be used for legitimate company activity subject to the bank's terms and continued compliance.

What happens if you cannot open the account?

Provided you completed the required KYC and supplied truthful, complete information, Financely refunds the USD 3,000 banking setup fee in full if no qualifying account is successfully opened.
