One Commercial Requirement

You Need an SBLC. You Do Not Need to Become an Expert in Arranging One.

A Standby Letter of Credit transaction can involve the applicant, beneficiary, beneficiary bank, issuing institution, underlying contract, instrument wording, collateral requirements, compliance documents and SWIFT issuance mechanics. Financely manages the pieces required under the package you select.

Commercial Requirement

Start With What the SBLC Must Secure

We structure the instrument around the real contractual, trade, financing or performance obligation.

Banking Requirement

Make the Instrument Work for the Beneficiary

We align tenor, wording, draw mechanics and banking requirements with the intended transaction.

Issuance Requirement

Use a Real Institutional Route

Full-arrangement clients have Financely identify suitable counterparties and manage the transaction through institutional placement and potential issuance.

Choose What You Need Us to Deliver

Have Us Structure It or Have Us Arrange It

There are only two choices. If you already have a bank or institutional route, hire us to build the SBLC transaction correctly. If you need the issuing route as well, hire us to arrange the entire transaction.

For Clients With an Existing Issuing Route

We turn your commercial requirement into a complete SBLC transaction package that you can take directly to the bank, provider or institutional counterparty you already have.

The Difference

The USD 9,850 Package Gives You the Transaction. The USD 32,500 Package Gives You the Arrangement Mandate.

The first service ends when the SBLC transaction is structured and ready for the issuing route you already have. The second continues into the market because Financely is also responsible for finding and coordinating a suitable institutional route.

USD 9,850

You already have the issuing route. We make the transaction ready for that institution.

USD 32,500

You need Financely to arrange the issuing route as part of the mandate.

Same Commercial Objective

Both services begin with a genuine underlying requirement for a Standby Letter of Credit.

Full Arrangement

What Happens When You Hire Financely to Arrange the SBLC

The USD 32,500 mandate is not another preparation package. Financely takes responsibility for preparing the transaction and moving it into qualified institutional placement.

01

We Structure It

We build the SBLC around the underlying contract, beneficiary, tenor, wording and credit requirements.

02

We Find the Route

We identify suitable banks, financial institutions or approved counterparties for the qualifying transaction.

03

We Place the Mandate

Financely presents the transaction and coordinates institutional underwriting, KYC and commercial requirements.

04

We Manage Issuance

If approved, we coordinate final wording, beneficiary-bank requirements and the SWIFT MT760 issuance process.

90-Day Service Fee Guarantee

Pay for a Defined Deliverable, Not an Open-Ended Advisory Engagement

The 90-day period begins once Financely has received the applicable service fee and the complete information and documents reasonably required to perform the accepted mandate.

For the USD 9,850 SBLC Structuring service, if Financely does not deliver the agreed SBLC structure and transaction package within that period, you may request a refund of the Financely service fee.

For the USD 32,500 Full SBLC Arrangement service, Financely must complete the structuring work and commence bona fide institutional placement of the qualifying transaction within the 90-day period.

If the structuring work has been completed but Financely does not commence qualifying institutional placement within the 90-day period, the placement portion of the professional fee is refundable. The USD 9,850 attributable to the completed structuring service remains earned.

Third-party expenses including issuing-bank fees, collateral costs, legal fees, due diligence expenses, correspondent charges and SWIFT expenses are excluded from the guarantee where incurred or committed.

The guarantee requires reasonable cooperation. It does not apply where the applicant fails KYC, AML or sanctions review, provides materially inaccurate information, withholds requested documentation, materially changes the transaction after engagement, rejects reasonable institutional requirements or otherwise prevents execution.

Final underwriting, credit approval and SBLC issuance remain decisions of the relevant financial institution and are not guaranteed.

SBLC Structuring: USD 9,850 one-time fixed professional fee.

Full SBLC Arrangement: USD 32,500 one-time fixed professional fee including structuring and institutional placement.

Pricing is non-negotiable. Financely does not calculate the professional fee as a percentage of the SBLC face amount.

Minimum transaction size: USD 2 million requested SBLC face amount.

Issuance: Financely arranges the transaction. The Standby Letter of Credit itself is issued by the approved issuing financial institution.

Bank charges, collateral costs, legal fees, correspondent charges, due diligence expenses, SWIFT charges and other external transaction costs are separate where applicable.

All transactions remain subject to KYC, AML and sanctions screening, institutional underwriting, collateral requirements, beneficiary-bank acceptance and final issuer approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

Know Which Service You Need

I already have a bank or provider. Which service do I need?

Choose the USD 9,850 SBLC Structuring service. Financely will build the transaction package for you to progress through your existing issuing route.

I need someone to actually arrange the SBLC. Which service do I need?

Choose the USD 32,500 Full SBLC Arrangement service. Financely will structure the transaction and undertake institutional placement on your behalf.

Does the USD 32,500 fee guarantee the bank will issue?

No. It pays Financely to structure and arrange the qualifying transaction. Final underwriting and issuance remain subject to the issuing institution's approval.

What if collateral is required?

Financely assesses the collateral and credit-support requirement and can coordinate an appropriate structure where feasible. External collateral costs are separate from the professional fee.

Is MT760 another product I need to buy?

No. MT760 is the SWIFT issuance message used in the banking mechanics of the Standby Letter of Credit. It is not a separate product.

Why is the fee fixed regardless of face amount?

The product is Financely's professional work in structuring or arranging the transaction. The SBLC face amount is a transaction parameter rather than the basis of the advisory fee.
